Originally an extrusion engineering company, PLASTICOLOR manufactures and sells equipment and systems for the plastics processing industry. PLASTICOLOR stands for precision, durability, efficiency and optimum cost-benefit ratio. Woywod GmbH & Co. was founded in 1970 and has been manufacturing and selling process units for extrusion lines since the beginning. These have been distributed worldwide under the brand name PLASTICOLOR since 1980.

The PLASTICOLOR product range has a completely modular structure. The design of the individual components is such that they can be freely combined. This creates an individual and customized system in accordance with the customer's requirements. Thanks to this principle, it is possible to continue using previously purchased components, e.g. during the initial investment for modernization (e.g. when switching from volumetric to gravimetric methods) and also when expanding or converting the PLASTICOLOR system.
