Our Service Department

For customers with whom we have a service contract, we offer service and emergency services within agreed response times on a 24/7 basis. The response time depends on the type of service contract (emergency or breakdown).

In case of spare capacity, we also provide service for non-contract customers, where the response time is not guaranteed as in the case of contract partners.
